SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

UK

All Orders will be shipped the same day if received before 2 pm.

- Royal Mail 24 (24hrs) FREE
- Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm at £6.50

Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.

Rest of the World

All products are shipped by Fedex or UPS from our Worldwide fulfillment centres. Delivery will occur within 3-7 Days.

RETURNS 

You may return opened, undamaged items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. 
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

As per our website Terms and Conditions (section 2.10) As a company, CPR Global go over the statuary 14 day returns window and offer the customer a 45 day (“cooling off period”) from the date of delivery of any goods ordered online from the company to cancel any order without charge solely on the basis that any goods sent to the customers are promptly returned in the same condition as when sent, including all packaging. CPR has a right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement (or charge a consumer) if they have diminished the value of the goods by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
